March 21st at Trout Lake in Stroudsburg PA couldn’t have been a more perfect day for a wedding. The early spring sunshine, the calm water, and the joy in the air all came together beautifully for Kara and Cody’s celebration.

From the very beginning, Kara and Cody were an absolute joy to photograph. They were so easygoing and genuine. The kind of couple who make everyone around them feel at ease. Their wedding was full of personal touches that reflected their lives together and what they love most. Their hunting-themed wedding reflected so much of who they are as a couple. It came up often in the speeches too, highlighting how deeply this shared passion is woven into their story. I especially loved learning that they planned to spend part of their honeymoon turkey hunting in Hawaii!

The first look between them was unforgettable. It was full of emotion, laughter, and that quiet connection that says everything without words. Right after, they shared a private vow reading that felt incredibly heartfelt and intimate. It was one of those moments that reminded everyone why weddings are so special.

As the evening went on, the celebration turned into a true party. The reception was a blast. The dance floor never emptied, and the energy never dipped. Kara and Cody’s friends and family really know how to celebrate, and Will and I felt so lucky to capture every joy-filled moment.
